Z-1 PM Cold is a Matrix-PM high-speed steel produced using powder metallurgy. Its homogeneous microstructure combines high toughness even at high hardness with very good wear resistance compared with conventional hot-work tool steels.
It is suitable for thick-sheet and fine-blanking dies, pressing tools, cold and hot forming tools, and bulk metal forming tools.
